When to pay for an order? (FOR CLIENTS WHO ARE MAKING A WHOLESALE ORDER FOR THE FIRST TIME):
After sending the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail along with your account number, bank and the amount to be paid (if you choose prepayment). After making the transfer, it is best to send a transfer confirmation to hurt@bamal.pl, which will significantly speed up the order processing.
We pass the order we receive to the warehouse workers who pack it. After preparing the final INVOICE (previously we only use the Customer's Order), we send it to you by e-mail and in case of any discrepancies resulting from various reasons, we complete the order.
The second method is COD shipping. After selecting this payment method, the pallet is packed and sent immediately, and the amount is paid to the courier who delivers the goods. On the day of shipment of the goods, you will receive information by phone that the goods are leaving us. This is usually the same day that the order arrives to us.
I created an account and I don't see the prices. How can I access wholesale prices?
After registering on the website, please contact the office. After verifying the company and determining the amount of expected purchases, we determine the price level that the company will receive. To stay at a given level, you will need to meet a set minimum purchase level. By making higher than agreed purchases, you gain access to the next level and, as a result, lower prices. WITHOUT OUR VERIFICATION, YOU WILL NOT SEE ANY PRICES AFTER CREATING AN ACCOUNT.
Are the prices I see final prices? (I already have my wholesaler profile activated).
NO. Prices vary depending on the level assigned. Levels are assigned after verifying the company and determining the volume of expected purchases. If the purchases declared during verification are increased, the customer may move to the next level and have lower prices.
Can I pick up the ordered goods in person at the store?
Yes. Pick-up is possible in Krakow at ul. Obrońców Modlina 7e
or Krościenko 30F near Ustrzyki Dolne (by prior arrangement).
Are the goods in the store new and have a warranty?
Yes. Our products are new, unused and covered by their manufacturers' warranty.
Can I receive a VAT invoice as proof of purchase?
Yes. By default, we always issue a VAT invoice. If you wish to make purchases on receipt, please write it in the appropriate field when finalizing the order ( point 3 - Delivery method: " If you want to add a comment to your order, write it down below. )
Are the prices given on the website gross or net?
The website provides both net and gross prices.
Does the price displayed for the product include delivery costs?
NO. The price displayed next to the product determines the net and gross value of the product. The delivery fee is added to the entire order and is visible after proceeding to the shopping cart (point 3 - Delivery method )
Where can I find the documents after the pallet is delivered?
The invoice is always added to the top of the pallet after it is packed. If there is more than one pallet, the documents are placed in the pallet marked 1/x, e.g. 1/5.
